A. General Norms and Terms to be Complied with:

1. By using this Platform or Service or providing Us with Your information in any other way, You

confirm that You have the legal capacity to enter into a legally binding contract under Indian

law, specifically the Indian Contract Act, 1872 as set out in our Terms of Use, and that You

have read, understood, and agreed to the practises and policies outlined in this Privacy Policy

and agree to abide by them.

2. If You access or use Services on the Platform from an overseas location, You are entirely

responsible for compliance with any local laws.

You can choose not to provide certain information, but You will not have access to the

full extent of the features available on our Platform. We do not receive information

required for Your tasks, a Delivery Partner or Merchant may choose not to complete

Your task/transaction initiated on the Platform.

iii. We may also collect information from your address book / contacts if you give us such

access. We may use this information to market our offers, promotions or any such

services to the contacts in your address book.

iv. We may also collect sensitive personal data or information as under Information

Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal

Data or Information) Rules 2011 (“SPDI”) about You when You use Our Service(s) on

the Platform. This information includes personal information We receive from You or,

on Your behalf, such as information or records relating to the Services availed by You

through the Platform, phone number; name, access to your phone contact list and any

other information inferred therefrom. We may also collect payment information such as

Your payment card number, expiration date, other bank details, billing and shipping

address, Your wallet information or Your UPI information as such. By using the Service,

You consent to the recording, storage, and disclosure of such communications You

send or receive for these purposes.

v. The list of information that is identified to be Sensitive Personal Data or Information

under SPDI Rules includes the following:

a. Password;

b. Financial information such as Bank account or credit card or debit card or other

payment instrument details ;

c. Physical, physiological and mental health condition;

d. Sexual orientation;

e. Medical records and history;

f. Biometric information;

g. Any detail relating to the above clauses as provided to body corporate for

providing service; and

h. Any of the information received under above clauses by body corporate for

or third parties registered on the Platform, and add it to Our account information.

3. When You visit the Platform, We may collect certain non-personal information such as Your

internet protocol address, operating system, browser type, internet service provider, aggregate

user data, browser type, software and hardware attributes, pages You request, number of click,

search history and result selected, active seconds or minutes on the Platform, frequency of

Your visit to the Platform, the date and time of Your visit to Platform or use of the Services and

cookie information, etc. This type of information does not identify You personally. When You

and SPDI. You may opt not to supply Us with personal information and SPDI; but, if

You do, We will be unable to provide You with access to Our Platform, or to offer items

or provide Services through Our Platform.

C. Parties who are Privy to Your Information

1. Our Company relies heavily on information about You and other Platform users. We will only

share personal information with third parties as mentioned below after confirming that they have

implemented data protection measures and are either subject to this Privacy Policy or follow

policies at least as protective as those specified in this Privacy Policy.

2. You accept the terms of this agreement by using the Platform and hereby consent to the storage

and processing of your personal information and SPDI by third parties. We have agreements

improving Our Services, marketing and promotional efforts, customising Your experience, and

assisting You in obtaining the most effect. These uses help us enhance the Site, the App, and

the Services and better adapt them to Your needs, resulting in a more efficient, safe, and

including individuals outside India, in order to improve product and service offerings, while

and SPDI with third parties, including those located outside India, as long as they ensure that

Your SPDI is protected in accordance with standards comparable to those in India or equivalent

international standards.

D. Usage of Your Information

1. We make use of and gather information in a number of ways in order to deliver Services on the

Platform and to run Our business, including the following:

i. To fulfil Our duties in connection with Your requests for goods and services via the

Platform;

ii. To run and maintain the Platform in order to enhance the user experience and the

overall health of Our company;

iii. For the purpose of processing and delivering Your purchase with Us;
