Sandeep was born and raised in Tumakuru and moved to Bangalore after his 10th standard to pursue higher education. During his first year of graduation, he took on a job as a team lead at a Flipkart dark store, managing both his studies and his work at the same time. His hard work paid off, and by the time he finished his degree, he was promoted to assistant store manager. Coming from a farming background, Sandeep always dreamt of owning a business, but financial limits and a lack of proper support kept him from taking the leap. Today, Sandeep proudly operates J24 – Trinetra Essentials in Yeswanthpur, transforming his years of store management experience into a thriving family enterprise. With strong family support and modern backend backing, he has built a dependable neighborhood shop that brings lasting pride and financial growth to his home.
