Originally from Tumkur district, Balaraju moved to Bangalore to build a strong career. After finishing his 12th standard, he spent over a decade gaining deep retail experience, working as a sales executive at Brand Bazaar, a team leader at Central Mall, and a store in-charge at Quick Mart. Balaraju then joined J24 as a Growth Executive, using his natural relationship skills to help local stores succeed every day. While guiding other store owners, Balaraju watched his own colleagues take the leap into store ownership with J24. Seeing their steady growth and daily success inspired him to take that same confident step and start a retail business of his own. Knowing the inner strengths of the J24 model firsthand, Balaraju chose to transition from an employee to a proud store owner.
